Whether you believe it or not Love, Loving conquers all...transcends all negativity and as with Lazarus even death...this I believe even if you do not...loving is the energy that keeps everything together....namaste

Riding to Her

Along dusty highways he did ride
The sun was brightening in the sky

Pink tinged clouds on horizon grew
Dawn arising

She waited in her chamber there
Tapestry covered walls around

Through slitted windows peered she
Her lover coming home to see
Down below awaited one
In silver armor he was clothed
With bated breath and drawn forth sword
To kill the young man on his horse

Purest Love

It mattered not that thus she waited
All her life this had she done

Knowing one day her lover would come
As he had

Her heart it fluttered
Wings of doves

Air around moved silently
Energy of purest love

Between them it was so

Nothing could harm them
Try as they might

Their love a bonding oh so strong
Beyond space
Beyond time

Together Again

Into the cobbled courtyard he did ride
Looking for his lovely bride

The one he had searched for lifetimes through
And now together again could be

The one who waited did not know
Of this bonding going on

Jealousy his motivator
That for him she could not be

As so often happens throughout history

Death of a Knight

Gowned was she in raiment fair
Flowers threaded through her hair

Beauteous indeed she was
In every way

Her loved one through the portal rode
High doors on either side disguised
The thickness of the walls inside

Hiding the one who waited with sword drawn

The Power of Love

The noble knight rode on his charger
Into the courtyard wide
Attacked was he sword in his heart
And there he died

The lady to his side did run
Cradling his body fair

Tears of grief ran down her cheeks
She thought that he had gone

As if by the grace of God
His eyes then opened wide

Hugged they did and loved again
The power of love transcending all
