The Philosopher's Stone...An Allegory Perchance!!!!!

Realisation

Would you like to know more
About the Philosopher's Stone
You think it is a mortal thing
Transmuting metal into gold
What if this a fallacy
A hidden meaning deep within
Symbols used to describe
Man into Spirit how to rise
Into consciousness divine

Salt Mercury Sulphur

What if salt symbolic of
The physical nature of mankind
As Lord Jesus of his disciples
He did say:
"these salt of the earth do be good and honest men"

Mercury a swiftly flowing element
May the Spirit represent
Moving fast never seen
But always there

Sulphur an enduring quality
In ancient writs was said to be
So the Soul as we do know
Endures forever on and on

Symbols

These then the symbols given now
To show you how they came to be
In alchemy

All these combined in many ways
By alchemists of days gone by
Seeking they to change
Base metals into gold

They knew gold allegorically
A symbol of the Christ divine
The Beloved One
Precious in all degrees

Multi-Dimensional Beingness

Yet so much more important
Man's ability to rise to greater oneness
Multi-dimensional indeed
In perfect unity combined

For man doth strive to find himSelf
In all he does and think and say
Yet oft it does not seem to be
When looking in a physical way

Levels of Being

Words illusionary be
Actions delusionary too
Thoughts negatively spun
Alter the path of those whom
In a body be

No matter how long it takes
Only in the world doth time occur
Elsewhere all is Now
Past present future
They are one

We already are
Whom one day will be
Perfect in our beingness

and so it is
