The Object of our Fantasies
So often we fall in love with someone who becomes the object of our fantasies. We live in a make-believe world, a world of expectation and anticipation, imagining all the incredibly wonderful things that could and should happen in the relationship. I have a penchant for beautiful men and the ones I find seem always to be gay which is fine on one level but not when my heart and emotions are involved. I did all the following things and I am sure many readers of this article will have done and will do the same!
Our days and nights are filled with mental images, our juices run wild and anticipation takes us on a journey away from the reality of being here now. In fact we are living an illusion for the only moment that has any reality is the moment of right now and that has already gone, and we are in a new now. How does all this affect our physical health and well-being? Well let’s look at the physical first.

Levels of Being in the Body
The physical is usually recognised as the body with its innate ability to do what we inside of it direct it to do that is if we are conscious human beings. Those who are unconscious of who they are and the levels within function in a totally unaware state and are at the mercy of anything and everything. They are unable to take care of themselves regarding food intake and exercise or lack of it, and those things that keep the body in good shape and well-being. Most people think the body is who they are but they could not be more wrong.
Within the body are many levels of Being. They are named the imagination, the emotions, the mind and theunconscious and each of these works in different ways and usually affect the physical body in many ways. But when the imaging stops, the emotions quit emotionalising, the mind stops thinking and the unconscious is quiet, there is still You, the one behind and beyond all of these, who we truly are, the Soul, using all of the levels to learn in the classroom we call the world.
Within the body are many levels of Being. Holding the Images that You Want More Of
The imagination is a vast energy field where you can create any picture you want and hope that it will manifest in your life. You image in the one you love and see yourself doing all sorts of things with this person, but they are only images and not the real thing and how on earth can you be with a fantasy image? Of course you can work on making the image manifest but that really would be a miracle and you can go to the top of the class if you succeed!
However, when you place an image inside you, like a slimmer you and hold that focus, the body takes note and will bring about the new you but it takes patience and focus. In other words see more of what you want in your life and hold to it until it manifests. A note of advice here is that you create positive images.

Watch Your Emotions Go Up and Down!!
So often we are at the mercy of our emotions. He/she says ‘I love you’ and we are happy, they say ‘I hate you’ and we are unhappy! Guess who is in charge, guess who is being controlled. Our emotions can be one of the greatest pitfalls we deal with. They go up, they go down.
Yet if we looked at them as just something we are experiencing, we could take control of them and not let them push us around.
How do you take control? You just say ‘STOP’ and believe you me, they stop. But they will start again if you give them full rein. The best thing to do is to not dwell on the emotional haranguing that is going on.
Place your attention on a new and positive feeling. For example, say ‘I am happy and healthy and abundant.’ These are good ones to focus on. Immediately your emotions will make you smile and you will feel happy. The trick is to keep these sort of emotions running – once again you have your work cut out for you.

It’s Not What Comes Into Your Mind, it’s What you Hold in Your Mind
Now we come to the mental aspects of our consciousness, the thoughts we hold in our mind that can disturb us if we are stupid enough to keep them there. The universe is always sending out messages, and by the universe I mean people. Random thoughts are floating around like dust motes and it is very easy to pick them up. Suddenly you are thinking about something and wonder where did that thought come from. The more susceptible you are and sensitive to the environment, the more you will be open to have these show up in your thought patterns.
However, it is not what comes in that really matters, it is what you hold there and look at and wonder why you are thinking these strange and disturbing thoughts. The world is a negative planet and the Lord of the negative realm/earth is very happy to catch you in his web and have you disturbed and out of balance because then he can control you through fear and other such like disturbances. Here again it is up to you as a conscious aware person to change your thoughts. One way is to say to yourself, ‘DON’T GO THERE! and change the thought to one that is positive and uplifting. Another way is to say to yourself, ‘NEXT, or HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY’ and change the frequency. There are so many ways to lift yourself above the thoughts that don’t work for you but you have to do the work and it does take patience and focus and a clear intention.

Throughout our lives we find ourselves in situations we really don’t want to deal with and most of the time we stuff them down into our unconscious. We apparently have forgotten them until the time comes when a similar situation triggers this level of ourselves and we remember.
However, it has had time to fester and grow buried deep within and now has much more intensity around it. In other words it has become a real obstacle for us to surmount.
Through painting, dancing, creativity we can surface some of the stuff we have pushed down and then work it out. As someone dear once said, ‘You are never given anything you can’t handle’.
It is the attitude that is important, knowing that within you are the keys and abilities to change much of what goes on in your life and within yourself . By now I hope you know that you can work with yourself to Quell the Pangs of Love. You just have to Do It!
