High Selves and Basic Selves...All Reside Within

Listening Within

Others can make you angry
That their mission in life to do
But all it really be
A lesson in learning
Every knock a boost
If we will make it so


If you listen to
Prompting from within
Where your High Self does reside
You will know
Not respond
Stay in your heart of loving
Compassion for them
As on a downward path they go

Basic Selves

Perfect in every way
Each path for us to walk
Levels within us oft show the way
If we will listen carefully
Bloody Basic Self Stuff for sure

Our lower selves are Basic in their way
Yet taking care of bodies their's to do
Know they the ways we want to go
Thoughts and feelings we promote
Yet they are our friends in many ways
Letting us know
But the master of the house we be
The house we call our body
Which is a temple for our Soul

Often we call them our child
For they rant and rave within
Trying hard to keep us earthbound
Not the spiritual path to walk

High Selves

These came forth
When our first breath
We did take
Knowing of our path this lifetime
Each of us had contracted for


The more we open
Our inner knowing
The more we know
What we are to do
A glorious journey
For us to travel
Clearing karma
Loving our neighbour as ourselves

Ways to Have a Healthy and Beautiful Body...


First the Not So Good

Above are just a few of the symptoms related to PG 2 imbalances created by eating partially hydrogenated fats and oils, the bad PGs which inhibit the balancing effect of the good PGs Millions of people take aspirin, acetaminophen and other non-steroidal ant-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen or naproxen to alleviate these symptoms.

What Oils can I cook with?
Olive Oil naturally is a plus in any kitchen and sesame oil is another one to cook with and is kind to your body.

What foods can I Eat and be Healthy?

Lots of fresh vegetables and fresh seasonal fruits, grains and dried beans, preferably organic as they have not been sprayed with pesticides and chemicals. Check that fish does not have a strong smell and also that it is not listed as one that is not safe.
Organic meats that have not been loaded with hormones or come from cows injected with bovine growth hormone.
Eggs and fresh butter, whole milk yoghurt and do try making your own from a culture. I use to make it and it was quite delicious.


HERBS THAT HELP
Clove contains eugenol that offers protection against toxicity.
Ginger is a spice that contains ketones such as gingerol and paradol that provide antitumor and chemopreventive properties. It also provides great protection against toxic pollutants.
Green Tea is a potent antioxidant that can potentially stall the development and progression of certain cancers by neutralizing mutations within the DNA that could lead to the formation of a tumor.
Parsley is Nature’s richest source of phytochemical myristicin that is a powerful liver detoxifier.
Peppermint helps to counter the pollutant benzo(A)pyrene. In a study published in Alternative Medicine Review, Dr. Belanger noted that the essential oils in peppermint have been shown to regress pancreatic, mammary and liver tumors, and may provide chemopreventive properties for colon, skin and lung cancer.
Rosemary extract contains powerful antioxidant factors.
RELAXING HERBS
Valerian, hops, kava kava, passion flower and lavender.

What Are You Feeding Your Body With...oh oh oh If You Really Knew


What Are You Doing

It is interesting today there are quite a number of pages here about health through what we put in our bodies. Johnny Dodd has some remarkable pointers about what to eat and what not to. Red meat being quite a big no no. 

However more likely are the chemicals in processed foods that an enormous percentage of the population in the USA eat and which unfortunately are now part of the diet of many countries. Even China now has an explosion of overweight children which when they were eating rice and veggies never was known. Another unfortunate happenstance is that most people arebrainwashed by advertisements that the big food companies blare all over the net, the radio, the TV and whatever other ways they can find to 'help' you choose your foodstuffs.
i]If you knew what these excuses for food are doing to your body you would be very very upset indeed.But these are not the only causes of illness, disease, or suchlike in our bodies We can create these through stinking thinking and over emotionalizing!

The Effects of Negative Thoughts on our Bodies

When you think a bad thought
How do you feel
Does your blood start to boil
Does your heart palpitate
Spreading through you
Dis-ease in yourself


Disease and healing the body are all to do with vibrational energy fields most of which we set up for ourselves one way or the other. Maybe it is a family trait to worry and we have taken on that pattern.

Fear and stress are but two of the many patterns we learn through our lives that cause us to do negative thinking. However, every single thought we have vibrates at a certain frequency and over the years that particular frequency permeates our cells and changes their original healthy frequency. Of course there are karmic patterns that many are born with in order to learn a lesson in this lifetime. Just as geniuses are born so are those who have the gene of certain diseases within themselves. These are past lifetime happenings which we have chosen in this lifetime to work through.

Forgiveness and Loving


Through loving ourselves, loving our thoughts, our upsets, our anger..in fact by loving everything about ourselves and others, we can make dynamic changes to the health and well being of our bodies.

The other dynamic here is forgiveness which is a key to healing.We need to forgive ourselves for all that we feel/think we have done that has caused us upset.

But my friends if you want to blame others then you are doing againstness which is quite the opposite of forgivenessEverything, everything that happens to you has been created, promoted or allowed by yourself so No Blame can be placed on another. 

For some this will be very difficult understand or accept but It Is Still What Isand in the long run you will know it.

Here I go again! rambling on even with an infected gum like a bloody football in my mouth...well I too submit to the trials of having a body too...light and healing to it!!!

Oh Dear Me!

My body is sick
I wonder why

How did I create this
I question why


Did I think a bad thought
A negative feeling have

Or in my imagination conjure up
An illness such as this


Not that bad if I do say
My gum with infection did swell
A bump inside me bloody mouth

Eating became a master game

32 Chews!

Munch or crunch no way to go
Rather food becoming as cream
32 counts is what it took
Before a swallow could be made


A healthy way to eat for sure
Concentration is what it takes
Who on earth can chew so long
Only one as dedicated as you maybe


Not me....

Walk On By

I tried
Oh yes and how I tried

But trying never gets things done
Doing does it every time!
That is my path in this life
Not trying anymore for sure
Although some find me trying still
But those I always walk on by

Heavenly Food

So come join me and dance
My way your way

Mattereth it not
For all ways ultimately
Lead back home
Into the heart of God


And there no need there be
To chew
To masticate
Heavenly food Is spread
Nectar of the Gods
