So many of us when we were young wished ourselves older so we could do all that grownups did.....and then we grew up and wished we could be young again...such convoluted thinking on our parts!!! this piece looks at all this...enjoy

• Carbon Copies We Became
• Lose Not Yourself

Then So We Were

then, now and ?????

It seems so long ago
That we wandered down leafy lanes
By sides of streams
When we were young and oh so fair
Waiting to grow up we thought
Whenever that would come

We wished our lives away

Or so it seemed
Wanting to be old enough
Ti drive a car and have some sex
Such silly ones were we

Carbon Copies We Became

copy cats we became....

Like flower buds that opened up
When on them sun did shine
We looked for others to approve
And show us ways to be

We copied them in all we did
Losing sight of whom we were
Caught up in all their different ways
Carbon copies we became

Lose Not Yourself

and this can be....

The sun shines down on all around
The rain bathes us in tears
Silvery grey the mist appears
Hiding from the sight of men
What slowly moves along the ground

Wraiths of people now long gone
Their spirits call out loud
Awake awake before too late
Become yourself for on-one else
Can do this life for you

Before you lose yourself
Take heed
Of what might lie ahead
Comes to you in picture form it does
Inside as images so bright
Through many Realms of Sound and Light

ARIES (March 21 – April 19)

GEMINI (May 21 – June 20)
Pushing on things to make them happen will not work at all. Much better if you allow life to take its course as it will no matter what you think or do. LEO (July 23 – August 22)
With analytical Mercury turning retrograde on November 6 be aware that this is not a good time to start any financial commitments. Professionally there is much going on and you need to be your best public relations! Let people know about your creative ability and the services you provide. Relationship wise this is a sweet and cuddly time for you and your partner and if you don’t have one, get one!

VIRGO (August 23 – September 22)

It would behove you to handle your finances with finesse this month especially as the all seeing Sun is in brooding Scorpio and your House of Personal Values till November 21. SCORPIO (October 23 – November 21)

SAGITTARIUS (November 22 – December 21)

AQUARIUS (January 20 – February 18)
It is time to take back the power you have given over to others because of a sense of lack in your self. The important action is to honour and stand up tall in the energy that brings you. The passionate Scorpio New Moon on November 13 can put your loved ones on a course of caring and sharing with you in an intense way. It will be quite lovely.

PISCES (February 19 – March 20)
Make sure you have your priorities in their proper place otherwise you may find yourself running all over trying to shore up your life. Be clear in your communication in personal and business relationships on November 14 when logical Mercury hits your House of Philosophy. This will enable others to feel comfortable in placing their trust in you. There will be lots of social activity happening for you.

What is left when you have exhausted the ways of earthly pleasures. When your mind stops and all your knowledge falls by the wayside. Better have an alternative place to go or..........

 

If This Could Be
And Where Do You Think You Go.....
And So Where Find You Yourself

If This Could Be

a flower opening its petals

When all is said and all is done
What is left
Do you really want to know?
You think yourself wise and knowledgeable
A most enlightened one
School college you did attend
University for some of you
There you met with others of like mind
Sometimes

Strange unknowings filled your head
As if to quench a thirst for what
You never knew
Or thought could ever exist
And if they did where would be found
Pie in the sky
Or buried underground

And Where Do You Think You Go.....

Eternal searching on and on..

From day to day your brain grew large
Filled with junk of every kind
What teachers friends and family shared
They too in endless search for what
They never knew

Eternal searching on and on
You came and went again again
Sometimes you stopped to watch birds fly
At night a sparkling star
High up in the flowering firmanent

We sit here on a precious thrones
Or in our cars our motor homes
And gaze out at people passing by
Hurrying scurrying running fast
To get to who knows where or why
All that beckons is the grave
For those who know no other way

Your mind with p and v and l
Whatever those abv words mean
I really dont know

It will get you every time
So good English you never write

Mindless words for mindless folk
Do you count yourself one of them or no

Where have you been he said to her
I've been to London to see the Queen
I've journeyed far and near to be
The one who speaketh from the heart
And knows the ways to come and go
To fly up high and sink below
It matters not

Maybe for those who've learned
Encased in silvery light and sound
How to travel realms beyond
Where magic happens so sublime
In contact with the most divine
A swirling mass of colours bright
All shades transparent glowing white
When all become as one in purity

Oh oh say they the disbelieving ones
That cannot be
There is no way from here to there
And if so you have to die to really know
Not so I say you silly thing

Places of Peace

and thus he flies

Glorious it is to travel
Into dimensions far away
Where troubles never forth do come
Stress is an unknown word
And cowards are not allowed
Nor loud voiced people
Nor mobiles and the like
No cruelty to animals and plants

Places filled they are with peace
Where one can walk a quiet path
Or float above the tree tops high
No cars or planes are there allowed
instead we fly so easily
Just think a thought and manifest it will
If of light nature such a thrill

Like angels with outstretched wings

Buoyed up by drafts of frosty air
Endless clouds in night blue skies
Silvery stars guiding our paths
Soft music playing all around
Calming the spirit in ways unknown
To those on earth

Earthly Matter mattereth Not

They lead you home

For they have not the wit nor sense
To take this journey so sublime
Caught up they be in idolatry
Of money greed sexual activity
Those things that matter not at all
Creating more of nothingness
Loved by forces of negativity
To keep you bound upon the earth
Fulfilling karma on the Wheel of Eighty Four
Spinning round and round
In neverending ways each one a repeat
Of what you did before
Stupidity it be

Go not there we do admonish
Find the way that leads you home
The Light and Sound will lead you hence
In your own timing it will be
